Launch Timeline

Week-by-week: signup to launch

Most sites and shops go live in about 4 to 6 weeks when you send content and say yes on time.

Week 1

Free call, sign-up, and kickoff

We start with a free call. We help you pick the website plan ($350 a month), shop plan ($550 a month), or custom project. You sign the plan that fits. Your first payment starts the 24-month term. We collect your logo, photos, and business info. On shop plans, you sign up and pay Shopify.

Week 2

Plan your site or shop

We map pages, menus, and forms—or products and checkout—in plain words. You say yes to the plan. We tell you if copy, photos, or product info is missing. Billing keeps going even if content is slow. Fast replies help us launch on time.

Week 3

Design review

We show a custom design for your key pages or shop look. You review it on phone and computer. You ask for changes. We build for your business—not a generic template.

Week 4

Build and test

We build the design you approved. We hook up forms or checkout. We set up hosting. We test speed and phones. You get a private preview link before anything goes public.

Weeks 5–6

Fix, launch, and handoff

We make final fixes from your preview notes. We connect your web address and go live. We check forms, checkout, and backups. After launch, we stay on for updates and care.

You get a 30-day try-out after your first payment—or before go-live. Cancel in that window and you owe nothing more on the 24-month term. Learn more in the FAQ.

Monthly Care

What "unlimited updates" means

You are not buying hours. You get a web team each month. Here is what we handle.

  • Text edits: hours, services, rules, staff bios
  • New or swapped photos and team headshots
  • Menu, price, or sale updates
  • Standard product and stock updates on shop plans
  • Form email changes and small field tweaks
  • Broken link fixes and small layout tweaks

  • Big new sections or promo pages
  • Custom apps, portals, or complex hook-ups
  • Stores on non-Shopify platforms or big platform moves
  • Major new features beyond content and product updates
  • Full new look (use your free refresh after 24 months on the plan)

What we cover each quarter

Once per quarter, we review how your site or shop is doing. About 30 minutes on a live call or video.
